A retreat experience can best be described as an intentional pause from everyday life with the purpose of exploring something important to you. It will have elements of personal work mixed with time for fun and getting to know the other women on the journey with you.
Please communicate dietary restrictions directly to Jenny at the email above.
Think cozy comfort. This is an overnight experience, so your overnight bag should be full of the items that help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. All retreat materials will be provided, but make a plan for your personal comfort. Layered clothes or even a comfy blanket are a great idea.
A couple of the suites do have two beds. Please send an email to Jenny to express that preference. We will do our very best to accommodate.
No, you do not have to be photographed. The group may opt to have a group photo taken at the beginning or end of the retreat, but you are very welcome to opt out.
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. Don't miss your opportunity to start well in 2026.
